Main installation requirements of transformer equipment:

1. Transformer track should be level, wheel spacing and gauge should match. The top cover should be made to have 1. 5% elevation along the gas relay airflow direction, and the oil storage tank side rail cushion height is 16 mm. After the transformer is in place, the roller should be fixed with a detachable brake device. Transformer body grounding bolt and grounding for reliable connection.

The installation of the cooling device shall meet the following requirements: Before the installation of the radiator, the sealing test shall be carried out with air pressure according to the pressure value specified by the manufacturer for 30 minutes. Before the installation of the radiator, the qualified insulating oil should be rinsed by the oil cleaner, and the residual oil should be drained. Fan motor and blades are firmly installed, flexible rotation, no vibration, overheating, correct steering. The valve in the pipeline should be operated flexibly, the opening and closing position should be correct, and the connection of the valve and flange should be sealed well.

3. Installation requirements of oil storage tank

1) The oil storage tank should be cleaned before installation.

2) The capsules in the oil storage cabinet should be complete without damage, and there should be no air leakage after the capsules are slowly inflated and expanded.

3) The capsule should be parallel to the long axis of the oil storage tank along the length direction, should not be twisted, capsule mouth seal should be good, breathing should be smooth.

4) The action of the oil level gauge should be flexible, pay attention to open the air valve when filling oil, so that the oil level gauge (or the indication of the oil label tube is consistent with the real oil level of the oil storage tank, no false oil level, close the oil after filling, the white valve).

4. Installation requirements of gas relay

1) The gas relay shall be inspected and qualified before installation.

2) The gas relay shall be installed horizontally, the arrow of its top sign shall point to the oil storage tank, and the connection between it and the connecting pipe shall be well sealed.

5. Installation requirements of safe airway

1) The inner wall of the safe airway should be cleaned before installation.

2) The diaphragm is complete, and its material and specifications meet the technical regulations of the product.

3) explosion-proof diaphragm signal connection is correct, good contact.

6. Installation requirements for dryers

1) Check whether the silica gel is invalid (for light blue silica gel, it is invalid if it becomes light red, and it is baked for white silica gel). If it fails, it should be baked at 115 to 120 ℃ for 8 hours to restore or replace it.

2) Before installation, the rubber pad at the lid of the dryer should be removed to make it unblocked.

3) The pipeline connection between the dryer and the gas storage cabinet should be well sealed and the pipeline should be unblocked.

4) Dryer oil seal (see instructions).

7. Installation requirements of oil purifier

1) Before installation, rinse the oil purifier with qualified transformer oil, and then connect it with the flange of the mounting hole. The direction of the strainer installation should be at the outlet side.

2) Fill the oil purifier with dry silica gel granules and release oil. The direction of oil flow should be correct.

8. Thermometer installation requirements

1) The pressure type temperature indicating controller can be installed only after it has passed the inspection and identification and the signal contact is operated correctly and the conduction is good.

2) The thermometer base on the top cover of the transformer is filled with transformer oil, and the seal is good.

8. Oil

1) The insulating oil must be tested according to the relevant provisions of G B50150-91 Chapter 19 before being injected into the transformer. The insulating oil should be provided with the same brand.

2) Moisture condensation should be prevented in the transformer when oil is injected. The temperature of insulating oil should be about 10 ℃. The temperature difference between the core and the oil should not exceed 5 ℃, and the core temperature should be higher than the oil temperature as far as possible.

3) The oil should be injected from the lower oil valve of the tank through the filter device, and the supplementary oil should be injected through the oil pillow.

4) The air valve or the oil inlet hole on the oil pillow should be opened during the oil filling process, and the original position should be restored after the oil filling.

5) Oil should be injected immediately after the radiator is installed, so as not to expose the oil surface of the transformer insulation due to the leakage of the valve.

6) When the oil is injected to the specified oil level, exhaust the gas relay of the oil tank, radiator, explosion-proof cylinder and so on for several times until it is exhausted.

7) After oil filling is completed, the transformer should be stationary for 24 hours before the voltage is applied. After static completion, the transformer should be discharged from the cold radiator, gas relay and other related parts for several times.

8 integral seal test after the transformer is installed, the oil pressure is used for the integral seal test on the oil storage cabinet. The added pressure is the pressure of the oil tank cover under 0.03Mpa, the duration is 24 hours, there should be no oil seepage, and the temperature of the transformer oil in the tank should not be less than 10 ℃.
